Ruth Saltz Vintage Cheetah Head Leather Shoulder Bag w/ Double Chain

Vintage, sassy Ruth Saltz cream leather bag. It has a gold chain strap with can be worn doubled up to function as a top handle, or worn the long way as a shoulder bag.
