Elevated chunky sole, velcro ankle strap, clear peek-a-boo window cutout design. Very rare and hard to find! I’m actually looking for these exact same ones in a size 8 also in black for myself. I bought these to try to see if they would fit but that was wishful on my part. Very sought after designer, very unique and comfortable sneaker. Id say they are on the narrow side. Tag reads size 37.
