Would you please let me know if this is a small or an extra small. It says its a small next to size chart but is listed as an xs. Also, it looks grey in pics but is listed as black. Are the pics of actual skirt? thx

@crestridge Hi! The designer has an xs/small tag. Probably because it has an elastic waist but a loose fitting draped skirt past the waistband. So could stretch to a small in the waist.
The skirt is a true black. Black is difficult to photograph and can wash out in photos with lighting. Hope this helps!
