I bought this nwt and washed once, hung to dry, and my daughter only had it on a few hours. I love this dress but I think it runs a little small in my opinion. Size is 2-3 year and my daughter is over 2 and it’s just a little short. The straps are adjustable and it has pockets. Very soft cotton fabric. Smoke free home.
