S M L Vintage 70s 80s blue and white polka dot dress with drop waist ruffle

Vintage half sleeve blue and white polka dot with a drop waist with tiered ruffle skirt. Has puffy sleeves with back zipper. Dress falls straight from the chest with a pleated peplum type skirt over at the drop waist. Preppy 80s does 40s party dress. From the 70s or 80s by the brand Diamond's Run, Designed by Wayne Diamond. Made in USA. No size or material's tag, most likely light weight polyester with a silky feel.
