NWOT. S. Roberts beautiful women's dress, size 9/10 in black with soft floral blooms in pink, blue, green, gold and white. Slightly padded shoulders, scoop neck that features a 4 button overvest with small blossoms in the same colors underneath. Short sleeves, full skirt with pleat of the smaller blossoms again and ties in the back. Length 51" shoulder to hem. 100% Rayon. Dry clean.
