S Unique marbled Buffalo dress

S/P Marbled blue-white-black buffalo dress. Bought from Macys years ago and has been sitting in my closet near to then. Has a cute simple cutout pattern around the mid section with cutouts along the arm cuffs as well. super fun beach dress or worn over tights with a jacket and booties for winter!
