Beautiful Antik Batik Denim jeans in dark blue wash with beautiful embroidery and designs all over! The back of the jeans have a unique yoke to them with the asymmetrical embroidery line and a wider, stand out belt loop in the center. The back pockets have white and tan Aztec style embroidered designs. The front pockets have thick white stitching, giving the pockets and front sides a matching look as the back. They're super cute and flattering with an inseam of approximately 35". No damages!

amari888 By the way I just saw your post about trades. WOW! Do people really get away with that kind of stuff here? I'm so sorry that has happened to you it's very unfortunate! And it's kinda scary especially when you have some high price items that can get ripped off! I totally understand! :)

mloest @amari888 I'll go check! And yes, I've "given away" brand new items NWT and Poshmark couldn't do anything bc "they don't support trading." They actually frown upon using them just for shipping by setting items to $0. It breaks their rules aside from just the fact I've been screwed so many times. I traded with someone, sent them brand new jeans, never heard from her again. And come to find out, she did it to three other people at the exact same time! Screwed all of us and walked away with boxes of brand new clothes!! Ugh!

mloest @amari888 Most of my Antik jeans have 2% elastin/spandex 98% cotton, but I have these which have 1% spandex, from the label. I didn't notice a big difference between the few pair I own, so I don't think the 1% difference would be too noticeable

amari888 I'm all new to this so thanks for the heads up! I had someone ask me to do the same thing and I said no because its not technically a sale so we negotiated the prices down. That is insane! I would seriously be calling the police or something! That's fraudulent. Hopefully they at least shut her account down?

mloest @amari888 Nope! Nothing! All they said they could do was what I was able to do, and that's to send a "reminder to ship" notification. Which did squat, apparently. Luckily I have her address and info, so I'm getting a "Demand Letter" of stolen property notarized and sent ASAP.

mloest @amari888 I'm a police Ofc, so I know what can be done, and unfortunately nothing can unless I sue her (which is the reason for the demand letter). Maybe that will at least shake her up a little bit? Idk, I hope something happens positively, too. The reason why it isn't criminal/prosecutable is bc of the two different states and bc it is more of a civil arrangement between two people who commit to providing one another with items...if one end fails to uphold their written arrangement/contract, it doesn't then turn to theft (unfortunately). However, it CAN be theft after a demand letter is mailed and ten business days pass, etc etc. So it's possible. But whenever it comes to trading items, there's almost no legal protection when it comes to ramifications, unless you live in the same state and can pursue civil court, or you're willing to bite the bullet and fight the fight, which can get a bit pricey. I'd have to prove she had ample time (which she has) to at least ship her item out (which hasn't been, due to us completing the transaction for shipping on Poshmark). Sorry for the story, but I just wanted to let you know that trading is more of a hassle than a bargain. To me, the only "trading" I'd ever do is each setting the prices to the same amount (ex $60 each) and buying at the same time, so that way there's some protection on the buyers end and the sellers end. :)
