SALE Black Razorback Dress w/ floral print skirt

Black Razorback Dress with Short-Frilly Floral print skirt. Very cute and super duper flattering. Love this dress! In great shape! The material is not worn out nor old. No snagging! Lace bralette or bra cover up does not seem to be necessary. Tank is cut to properly cover a regular bra. (At least the case when I wear!)
