SALE!! Blue embroidered ruffled tunic

Super pretty nwt tunic/dress with chiffon ruffles at the bottom and pretty gold embroidery at the top. It's nwt, I purchased it at an adorable little boutique in Chicago. It definitely has a free people feel, as seen in the last photo. It quite a bit longer then the top shown in the that photo though. It's a size large, but runs small and fits more like a s-m.
