Unique and amazing Fairisle sweater knit boot. Base and top of boot are smooth leather with an oiled look. Toes show signs of wear (see photos) however, they were purchased with some bumps and scuffing, as that add character. Could be conditioned to lessen appearance of lightened toes. Leather trim with bronze studs runs from inner and outer ankle up to top to create pull on loops. Sole is leather trimmed rubber. Original price $298, purchased for $130. Made in Brazil. nonstopsarahc @hi2uimheather Off hand, they come to just below my knee, and I'm 5'5". As for the circumference, don't have an exact measurement right now, but they fit me very well in the calf with a little room, and I would say I have average calves...not skinny or thick. Hope that helps! I can get you exact measurements in the AM.

crimsonribbonco @gebclark Gah, I just measured my leg and looks like they'll be too small around. I don't have the hugest legs but they aren't very small at 17 inches. I don't usually need wide width either. Dang it!!
