@desired365 40 long. 22 arm pit to arm pit..United so can be tied for any fit. 15 at waist but made to hang lower in back and has elastic in back..
I think it most definitely would fit med or large. Arm pit to armpit is 15 when loosely tied...can be even tied tighter or not..adjustable
