@luvnature1 laying flat on the table, zipper up, pit to pit it's approx 19.5"/20" and the waist is the same...all flat straight across while laying flat. L.L. Bean has their size charts on the site if that's helpful :)

@luvnature1 it sure does! on each side near the arm pit there is a zipper pocket that you can access the cord to lock it into the desired adjusted tightness or loosen it. :)
