Adorable +comfortable NWT dress by brand Chuti purchased from Modcloth. Has tags and in Modcloth bag. Printed pale yellow apples and tiny off white dots on dark navy background. Very cute! Lightweight fabric with ruche at waist and elastic bottom hem, which gives the dress a lovely slightly pillowed bottom (see last pic). The bottom elastic isn't constricting and will stretch as far as 29 inches so it's comfy to walk in. L=34 in, waist 14 in (16 when elastic waist is stretched). 100% polyester.
