Thanks for considering my offer -I buy and sell jewelry for a living , so it's hard for me to pay that much for sterling . I love the ring but I have to resell ( of course after I adore it myself ) haha

@dehavenarts That's the same way I make a living. This Is a gorgeous, vintage piece. Most of my jewelry is handcrafted or vintage. Some of my inventory is priced higher then I'd accept due to low ball offers, but after the 20% posh takes $40 is my share of this ring if I sell it for $50 which Is my lowest offer. As I'm sure you know it's not just about it being sterling. The stones, cut of the ring & several other aspects are to be taken into consideration. Thank you for your interest, Elle♥

@dehavenarts Yes, I know the deal. Someone who wants this ring for their personal collection will purchase for at least the minimum I'm asking. These stones are gorgeous as well as It's design & the right buyer will pay the full price of what I'm asking for a well preserved, vintage piece...especially those who appreciate sterling silver. There are many sellers asking for $200+ for there sterling pieces & pieces of no additiinal value due to there age or unique quality.

...Oh, and any store is the last place anyone should shop for jewelry. At one time all of our pieces, unless handcrafted came from a store with a 80% mark up. That's one of the main reasons I started doing this. Thank you for your interest and opinions. Elle♥

I purchase my vintage jewelry mostly from a specific seller in Texas & most of my Handcrafted is from India. Some from Hawaii, Africa & Turkey. A few pieces of my own. I just started recently doing that. I love it! Do you make any of your own pieces?

Your ring is well worth it - yes , I've been making jewelry since 1983 - I went to Phila. College of art - university of the arts - jewelry & metalsmithing - and I'm in the business of making - doing repairs - custom orders - diamond setting etc. - also buying from the public - & hopefully selling of course - there are a lot of beautiful things coming out of India - if you can go there and buy by the kilo - I met someone who does that - I'd like that connection
