@sklaughlin hi yes this the Miracle Wrap belt. It’s a waist trainer that will fit up to a sz 6xx which fits most. All you have to do is wrap it around you and wear it. As you size down you can tighten it for snug fit.

@pacotina49 hi there . Just you CAN wear this one all day. It self adjusting in that it has a bandage type of fit so you can easily tighten it in places that need MORE compression than others. You may also reverse wrap it

@mswink1 if I wear to the gym do I hand wash it and can I also put sweat sweet under it when I wrap myself.

@pacotina49 absolutely you can use that with it. I use the Ann Chery Caffeine cream with mine, wrap with Osmotic Wrap (or Saran Wrap), then wrap my Miracle Band . Workout or even light work around house , you’ll see 1 inch reduction with this method. Hand wash is preferred.
