chicadivine @mtorres430 hello. GM honestly I didn't stick to the recommended amount 2 know if you could actually loose weight or inches. I do know that when I took it it def. cleans u out I did have more energy. After ur 1st or 2nd glass u WILL use the restroom & u can feel a diff. In your stomach. You will feel relief in your bowels (TMI) I've heard/seen great reviews however, like I stated earlier I didn't drink the2 glasses a day. I just kinda drank it when I wanted. Hope that helps🙂

chicadivine @mtorres430 no I didn't notice any pains with the tea. I know that sometimes pills are harsher than a natural liquid.
