Kenar (not silk, but silky) ruffled blouse, with ruffles all down the sides, and ruffles as cap sleeves. Keyhole back. Somewhat Peplum, flares a tiny bit at the waist. Size small. New without tags.
Color is a little greener than displayed on my screen. Take into account lighting, and that this blouse is a beautiful bluish green color.
