SALE Fancy hat for special events, church or Derby. Designed by Deborah New York. The body is in a fawn color felt in a modified Breton style. The attention is demanded by the large 5 1/4" gold metallic mesh rose at the back of the hat and its stiff 10" tulle beige platform. The brim of the hat is decorated with gold and black trim that weaves in & out. The front brim is a panel of the gold mesh.
