This is a beautiful tunic top by The Webster Miami at Target size small. Fabric is silky polyester, machine-washable. Beautiful tropical palm leaf and pink flamingo print. Item slips on over-the-head and has four fabric-covered buttons at collar. Collar and cuffs are elasticized. Item can be worn on or off-the-shoulders. Approximate measurements are 40 inches at bust, 40” at waist, 44 inches at hips, 28 inches in length, 18 inches collar to cuff. This item is being offered at a low price as there is a dime-sized hole at side of upper left sleeve, see last photos.
