SALE Unusual Deco era elongated celluloid brooch or hat decoration. The arrow shape with pointed tip is in black celluloid with pave set clear stones on a gold tone background. The center is cut-out and has its own tinier "needle". At the back, at the widest point, is a C-clasp for closure. Given the length of this we wondered if this was intended as a hat decoration. However, in that case there would be a small hole at the tip to secure with stitching that end to the hat.
