@ray711 pit to pit is armpit seam to armpit seam aka bust measurement, and laying flat the width of the sleeve - i usually wear a medium in jackets because smalls sometimes fit but they'll be snug - i have a 34ddd chest lol so that doesn't help either

@tailofredfox I'm a 34c and no problem ...laying flat the chest area is 17 inches and the arm is 6 inches arm pit is 5 inches on the inside side to side
