Vintage Belt Buckle that is black (does not pass the Baking Soda Bakelite Test) and what seems to be Mother of Pearl. Each piece is 1 1/4 round making the buckle 2 1/2 across. Came from a dress factory in the Garment District of NYC which made designer dresses from the 1930's to 1970's. Can be taken apart and made into necklace, pin, or earrings.
