This listing is for a vintage, hand painted cowbell, or dinner bell signed by Letha. It looks like it is designed with the famous peacock eye pattern. I do not know the date, it was found in an attic. It measures 4 1/4" tall including the handle, and 2 3/4" across at the base. I have to stress that it is LOUD.
