malibubarbara Hello true size 16 ?? What size is the top ie: 38-40 C or D cup ?? And does it tie at the neck thank you love the dress need something to wear on a cruise one night

stphoffman @malibubarbara Hi there, yes it is a true 16. If it helps I'm a 38D and there was no falling out. It does has shoulder straps so a bra can be worn, I can't go without one... Let me know if you have any more questions. Btw this is a perfect dress to pack, it never needs ironing:/)
