pattyjune8 If you send the package out the day a customer buys it, & she receives it in 2 days & accepts it, then it should be either the day she accepts it or the next day. If you've been waiting for awhile for Posh to release your funds, you need to.....first ask your buyer if she accepted her package. If not, ask her to do so. If she did, contact Posh. I hope this helps!☺️

_carladaniela_ @pattyjune8 how do I contact poshmark my buyer accepted her package and she was happy with it and I redeem my money the same day which was yesterday and posh still hasn't send my money to my bank account :(

pattyjune8 Hi hun! Poshmark will not send your money to your bank until you tell them to. It's in your Posh account. If you want it in your bank acct., go to your 'balance & where it says redeem, hit that & it will come up "bank acct". When you hit that, it will place your balance in your selected bank acct. it will take a day or two to show up in your bank acct. If you have any other questions I can help you with, please don't hesitate to ask. I'll be happy to help you with anything I can!
