nonstopsarahc @kitkat1tg The skirt is very stretchy and the waist band is very flexible, as it is not one wide piece of elastic, but rather several narrow pieces sewn into the width. I haven't measured it yet, and it is petite, but can be worn tighter or looser with the drawstring. I have also pulled it up and worn it high waisted, which is really cute and comfortable!
