🎉SALE🎉Liz Claiborne floral skirt

Size 14 Liz Claiborne floral skirt measures 15.5” across waist laying flat and is 28.5” long. The skirt is made for waist to fall above hipbones. What would be considered high waisted today. I added a picture of the bottom of skirt so pattern and ruffle could be seen better. This has been one of my favorite skirts for many years I just don’t wear it anymore.
