Although built mainly as a sleeveless dress, the flutter ruffles along the shoulder area create an illusion of sleeves. The white flowers, red leaves, along with gold and silver paint streaks add just enough color while maintaining its classiness. The waistband's bow is for decoration, and the back has a keyhole closure (with 3 buttons). The collar's elastic and stretchy material continues the ruffle look found throughout the dress, completed with a large, wide ruffle at the bottom of the dress!
