This item comes opened but like new, with everything included as shown. It was my mistake, as it will not fit my Active2, so I'm offering it to someone who needs a case for their own SAMSUNG GALAXY5/4 WATCH. The band is flexible, soft, and fastens with an adjustable metal buckle. There is one flexible band to secure the fastened band. Simple, neon blue and black with silver hardware! The case color is listed as "Prune Charcoal" and that is correct! In brighter light it's grayish, in darker light, it appears more black, to me at least!
