What kind of fabric is this made of? Is it stretchy? Packable fir travel?

Sorry for the delay, It is very stretchy, 95% polyester and 5 % spandex. Lining on the bodice only is 100% polyester but also has some stretch. The fabric is very soft and hangs nicely. I never wore it myself but when I tried it on, I used a very comfortable light spanx type of undergarment, since it is kind of slinky, this helped smooth everything out. thin leggings would have worked for me too. It seems very packable with minimal or no wrinkling to worry about.
