SAYLOR brand Sequin off-white colored Dress w racer back straps. Purchased in a small clothing boutique in Soho NYC. Worn once for my birthday dinner with girlfriends. The sequin detail is high quality and well made. The dress is made with an attached slip under the outer layer so there is no issue with the material being see through.
