umiokalani07 @diana_ruth1995 I filed claims with both apps. Worst case scenario is the one I'm already in, so it was worth a shot. I also thought that maybe a trend in people reporting the same user would help our case, so I did mention you in my Posh claim. I'll let you know if anything works out. 💟

mary2196 @diana_ruth1995 Hi love! First off/ I’m So very sorry!!🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼 I truly am! What I would suggest- whichever site you used to send the money/ see what there policy is. Then I would call your bank. Then I would make a police report with the information you have- specifically ask for Cyber crimes- they would be most helpful. They can take it to then next level. Then next I would report to IC3 with the information Cyber Crimes gives you so you can add to your own report to IC3.

klbrooks27 As soon as someone gives me an email address or cell phone to communicate I know there’s going to be an issue. I’ve never been scammed but I’m vigilant... I’m so sorry to hear about all of the bad experiences here... 😡🙏🏻Seems it happens often on trades when we haven’t traded with them before ... Karma surely will come back to them 🙏🏻💖

ambarabella86 There's a listing Fraud 🚫 in my closet. I have links and information on how to file a report. Poshmark doesn't cover trades or partial transactions accept for the amount that was used to purchase. Tessie is helping you build a great case so please have everyone that was scammed by this Posher to produce their facts to help make your cases stronger. I am so sorry to hear you were scammed. ambarabella86 @diana_ruth1995 I've had times where I made purchases and they were fraudulent, the financial institution that I use to pay for the item opened up a case and I was able to get my funds returned because it was a case of fraud.

wendy_lu_who @diana_ruth1995 @jsinx82 Probably not your same scammers but they are on here daily. sashadeals29 and brandy14knight and sashashop3 and sashashop2 and sarahshop5 . Basically the same scam. They want people to message them at the # on their listing and buy using an app. They have gone as far as to create a contract with them and PM that says they have PM permission to sell directly to the buyer. It's the same people day in and day out. So disgusting that Posh is so slow to remove them.
