lailsy @smf551 @bella_loopy I read the comment thread and the post on her page about the refund. I haven't done business with her so I'm not going to report her based on iffy claims. This is why you don't do business off of Poshmark. You took that risk. It clearly states Poshmark has nothing to do with offline transactions, as they have no way of knowing what happened offline.

lailsy @bella_loopy you have to base your seller off of ratings and completely avoid offline sales. If this happened on Poshmark, they would've already taken care of the refunds and your money would have never been released to them if you didn't accept the delivery. This is also why I don't trade-- I've dealt with scammers via trading. I'm sorry this happened to the both of you but you were warned by Poshmark when you signed up.
