kthomper I kept asking her “if you’re someone named Michelle trying to help me, why are your comments coming from @laurapello telling me to cancel the case which is the only way to get a refund”. She just remained super nice and kept saying the same thing over and over. NOW USPS says that delivery is rescheduled because of a. Incomplete shipping address...that Poshmark sent for me to use!!! 🤔I’m so confused, a little annoyed bc I know I’m out the $ and really grossed out by what she sent😳🤢🤮

cchen1 @kthomper you can email Poshmark about it and let them know that she used a faulty address. She did that to me too and I emailed Poshmark and got my money back anyways. You can also call ur cc company and let them know what happened and they’ll usually refund u as well! I hope it works out for u!! Good luck!!

cchen1 @kaylareid9 Poshmark is rly slow with their response, so I would just go straight to your bank/ cc. I got my money back a couple of days after I called my cc! Good luck!!
