SCAMMER ALERT! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PERSON!

Hi everyone, To save everyone else, please do not continue to fund this person and their stealing habits. They are selling counterfeit CHANEL bags for “discounted prices” but sell them “cheaper on Venmo or PayPal.” She lists the number of 215-970-7115, texts with you and happily takes your money and never sends the item(s) you purchased, which now you can’t cancel because you did it outside of Posh. I did a reverse phone search on her and she has 2 other claims where people are trying to sue her for fraud for the same thing. Her profile name says “Leslie Ruiz”, screen name says “lesliefrank727” and originally payment request showed “Leslie Frank” but it was cancelled today and shows “Thuey Pham canceled payment through Venmo”. Money was sent via PayPal to “her daughter” under the name of “Keishla Marie Cruz”, so none of the names add up. She takes the item you purchased off posh by deleting the listing, so there’s no longer proof of what you thought you were buying, then she never sends you the item and keeps telling you “it’s coming”, but will not provide any sort of tracking information when requested. I’ve reported her to PayPal and the police.
