80's retro dress..in excellent condition.. there's a button missing on one of the sleeves but it could be replaced with one of the other buttons the top is a shirt style the bottom is accordion pleats very beautiful.. belted waist beautiful belt buckle in an antique gold finish.. measurement of armpit to armpit is 21 in the waist is elastic the length of the skirt from waist to hem is 27 in
