Fantastic plaid woolen kilt. Very well-made. Two adjustable buckles in front and one in the back for a customizable fit. Made by Scottish kilts shop. Waste as you see on hanger is 19 inches and length is 21 inches approximate. Lovely, pink, green blue and black plaid print. Flat in front and pleaded in back per pictures. Not sure if pleats go in front or back.
