SEA Esme smocked midi dress

NWT. Purchased for an event but ended up wearing something else. In perfect condition. Please see photos for bust and waist measurements. The top is smocked/shirred so has some stretch but I would say stick true to size, so if you wear a size 6 this should fit but would not likely fit a size 8 or above. Comes from a smoke free, cat friendly home.
