Ties around the neck and back. Skirt is a tiered maxi skirt. Smocked waistband that easily stretches out to 15-16” laying flat. Both pieces are size Large and make a set as shown in the model pic. Top has a different pattern in the lace than the skirt but so does the model pic. It is intended to be that way. Would be great for a beach wedding. Casual wedding dress. Beach pictures.
