Stretchy mesh like material. The blue is a beautiful light blue color. The one downside to this shirt is it pulls very easily. It is easy to put the pulled thread back in. I have taken pictures of the pulled threads that I have not put back In so you can see what it looks like. They will be put back in at the time of purchase. Only worn a few times
