diane1962 @,swag0926, I understand, I have never had this problem with PayPal until now. I apologize profusely I have gone through PayPal and changed all my security questions and credit card information ETCs, it tells me know that I need to wait 24 hours. If you would rather send me an invoice that would be fine I have no idea what is going on. If it were me, I would be very upset also. When PayPal allows me to use it again I will include the $18 for whatever charges may have incurred. Somehow my PayPal account has been hacked and so I had to start completely over with the new PayPal account. THIS DOES NOT EXCUSE ME FOR THE PAYMENT THAT IS DUE YOU. It's totally up to you if you want to send the invoice I could pay like that but I believe that I have figured out what is happened. But unfortunately it says it will take up to 24 hours for me to be able to make a payment to you. You may contact PayPal for information on my account to verify that this is been the problem all along. PLEASE BEAR WITH ME, I AM AS CONFUSED AS YOU. This has been a problem from the get-go I think that's why I don't use PayPal. You may contact me on my phone or if you wish on this comment page, I will keep you up-to-date. OKAY, I APOLOGIZE PROFUSELY. I WOULD BE ANGRY ALSO.
