SFIZIO Italian designer midi/maxi skirt with floral stripes and pleats size XXL

Beautiful like new SFIZIO pleated skirt, made in Italy Elastic Waistband, pleated skirt body, beautiful print on skirt body, side zip Size XXL, tag says size US 12 but I found it fit more like a 16-18. Please see images with green measuring tape for exact dimensions, skirt stretches at the waist for some flexibility and is about 35" long. Selling only because I have outgrown the waist and it is no longer comfortable at my size (46" waist) -- please give this beautiful and rare piece a good home~!
