OMG HOW AWFUL ARGH BUT HOW DOES POSH PROTECT YOU AS THE BUYER WHEN THE ORDER IS CONSIDERED CANCELLED? SHOULDN'T THE POST OFFICE GET A NOTIFICATION FOR THE SCANNED ITEM AND THEN SEND IT BACK TO YOU? HAVE YOU CONTACTED POSH AND THE POST OFFICE OR POLICE ? SO IF THE OWN GETS CANCELLED YOU CAN'T TRACK IT TO THE PERSON'S LOCATION?

@vxobeauty IVE ONLY BEEN HERE 2 MONTHS BUT FROM WHAT I UNDERSTAND IS THAT IT TAKES A COUPLE OF DAYS FOR POSH TO RESPOND TO EMAILS BUT IF THAT PERSON MADE ANOTHER ACCOUNT & YOU HAVE A WAY TO TALK WITH THEM, THEN YOU HAVE THE PROOF ON YOUR END THAT THEY PURCHASED THEM, THE EMAIL THAT POSH SENDS YOU W/ THEIR MAILING ADDRESS & FULL NAME & THE TRACKING #, THE P.O. HAS IT TOO

@vxobeauty YEAH I AGREE THEY DEFINITELY SHOULD CHANGE THAT IN THEIR CODING AND ONLY ALLOW THE 3 HOUR ONE THEN ANYTHING AFTER THAT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER BUT I COULD SEE LIKE WHAT IF POSH IS THE ONE THAT CANCELS IT, LIKE DAY THAT IS A STOLEN CREDIT CARD OR THEY DIDN'T HAVE ENOUGH FUNDS TO COVER THE PAYMENT, THEY SHOULDN'T LET ANYONE SPLIT THE FUNDS OR WAYS TO PAY

YOU SHOULD RESPOND TO THE POST THAT PERSON WROTE ABOUT BEING HACKED ON THE LISTING OF THE ACTUAL SNEAKERS AND SEE IF THEY CAN RETURN THEM ONCE THEY RECEIVE IT OR CONTACT THE P.O. AND TELL THEM TO RETURN THEM TO YOU AND SHOW THE PROOF WHY. I HOPE YOU GET THEM BACK OTHERWISE CONTACT THE POLICE IN THAT TOWN AND STATE WITH THE INFO. SEEN OTHER POSHERS DO IT AND POST IT HERE
