They can be used either way. They are tight leggings used to tighten up everything. They were shown on Shark Tank. They are Amazing !!!
I bought the wrong size that is the only reason I am selling these.

I was a size 10 and they were tight. I would think a size 7 would fit but, They are meant to be tight. They lift and tuck. They are supposed to make you look up to 25 lbs lighter and 2 or more sizes smaller.
