thfashioncloset @dianesurine the Lankes of this skirt is 20 1/2 inches long.That includes the elastic waist band, the elastic waist band is almost 3 inches, I am 5”3 inches and this comes just to the top of my knee, the Waist band when lying flat this is 12” inches is Elastic
