SHEIN Blouse, Size 1XL, Off White and Black Spotted

This SHEIN Blouse in size 1XL has never been worn. Very cute blouse that fit well, slightly on the large side for 14/15- 38C. It has an elastic waist band, ruffled short sleeves, and ruffled neckline with a pearl clasp and opening on the back. Thin material and design reminds me of small cow design with the base being a white, but more off white, with black spots.
