SHEIN? Cute green top tie shoulders

I never noticed until now that the tag was taken off, not by me but by the seller. My best guess would be that they said it was shein but it isn’t. Not sure. But I didn’t even know what shein was at the time LOL I bought it in XL but it was too small. I would say it’s more a large and a little short, because I’m bustier it sits higher. Of course I ran past the return time. It’s super cute and fun. The color is gorgeous. Just was a tad too short and small for me. ** I have a husky in my home, I do try my best to get all her fur off of everything but even with washing it’s not always possible here! It’s in the air everywhere! :) Please be advised if you have allergies.**
