SHEIN Floral wrap dress with flutter sleeve

My mom bought this dress and it sadly didn’t fit her but the style is amazing. New without tags. Never worn (just tried on once). In perfect condition. Measurements: Bust (pit to pit): 18.5” Waist: 14.5” Length 50” (from shoulder to bottom) I’m 5”7’ and when I hold it up against my body it hits my shin.
