This top is from SHEIN, and is a 3XL (18 in Sheins size chart). It is white, pink, and black. The top has some lace in just the neckline, and also has string that you can tie into a bow (not detachable). It is brand new, however I don’t have the tags for it as SHEIN did not provide any. It’s material is high stretch and knitted.
